Compro regularmente los mismos productos de su marca, lo que me permite tener un punto de comparación. Lamentablemente, debo comunicarles mi decepción con respecto a mi último pedido.
En cuanto al Mikado Basic Jazmín & Roble, el aroma es actualmente prácticamente imperceptible. Habitualmente, mi habitación queda completamente impregnada de esta deliciosa fragancia, algo que esta vez no sucede en absoluto.
Lo mismo ocurre con el difusor Flor de Té: el bonito color verde habitual se ha transformado en un verde muy pálido y, además, me cuesta mucho reconocer la fragancia que tanto apreciaba hasta ahora.
Estoy especialmente decepcionada porque conozco bien estos productos y siempre he estado satisfecha con su calidad.
Volveré a realizar un pedido cuando llegue el momento, esperando recuperar la calidad y las fragancias habituales. Sin embargo, si vuelvo a encontrarme con el mismo problema, lamentablemente tendré que dejar de comprar sus productos.

No sale como realizar una devolución
No huele igual al jazmín y roble premium. Escribí un email antes de comprarlo y me dijeron que era lo mismo. Me siento engañada
