Pedí dos productos y solo llegó 1

Pedí dos ambientadores y solo recibí uno. Ningún mensaje de disculpa al respecto, envié mail explicando la situación y me contestaron que me reembolsarían el producto no enviado. A los 3 días llegó el reembolso, sin ningún tipo de explicación al respecto… última compra aquí!
